Silzari is proud to bring authentic Indian craftsmanship to our customers in the United States. Please review our shipping policy carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment from our facilities.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Cut-off Time: All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 AM EST will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reputable carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

The weight and dimensions of your order.

The chosen shipping method (Standard vs. Express).

Your shipping address in the United States.
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched , you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking website.

Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their system.
5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Delays

Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@silzari.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier in the United States (consistent with Incoterms EXW or FCA, where applicable). Once the carrier accepts the shipment, Silzari is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit, but we will assist customers in coordinating claims with the carrier.

Delays: Silzari is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, carrier delays or backlogs, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or governmental actions.
